Session Descriptions

The 2025 Grow Your Rainbow Conference will take place at the Council on Recovery, located at 303 Jackson Hill Street, Houston, TX 77077.  Located just .3 miles from the United Way of Greater Houston between Waugh Drive and Patterson, the Council on Recovery offers a spacious, modern conference venue that is perfect for the EC3 Conference! 

*Jackson Hill Street, where the Council on Recovery is located, sits between the Waugh Drive and Shephard Drive exits off of Memorial Drive.

Igniting the Fire for Social-Emotional Learning
